Scarecrows Competition
In a nearby village they've had a scarecrow competition. About 50 lifesize figures are dotted about on the verges - amusing and surreal. Fear they will have been drowned out today.

How lovely that the sun is shining in your photos. Better than today!!
Hi Susie, I'm sure I know some of those people. They may have been in our town lately.
Could give you a fright as you drove round that bend! What a shame if they got soggy.
There are some very talented people living in that village!
What a fabulous idea!
Oh my gosh, aren't they wonderful!!
What fun!
