The Alhambra, Granada, Spain
The Alhambra Palace in Granada doesn't seem to be on any seven-wonders-of-the-world list but it should be - I'm thrilled to have seen it. More about Andalucia later this week. Hasta la vista.
Later: admission to the Alhambra is by timed ticket. Quite a lot of walking involved. Here is the website.
Gorgeous pictures, Susie! I've been there, and it's really spectacular, isn't it? You've done it justice with the photos you took. May a future in photography?
We went on an Andalucia package sight-seeing tour but a few years ago Son 3 visited the Alhambra via a cheapo flight to Malaga and booking Alhambra tickets on line. Granada itself was interesting too.
Thanks for your kind comments about my photos, but all I had to do was point the camera. It's a very photogenic place.

That is so beautiful. R and I love to visit Costa de la Luz whenever we can.
